In-Process Quality Control

Electrical systems are functionally tested under load, including motor operation, control functions, and safety interlocks. Mechanical integrity is verified, including screen retention, guard installation, and structural soundness. All test results are documented and included in the equipment documentation package.

Documentation and Traceability

The testing program produces documentation that supports customer quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and future equipment maintenance. Material certifications, inspection records, non-destructive testing reports where applicable, and factory acceptance test results are all part of the standard Aipu documentation package.
