Factory Acceptance Testing Protocol
Every Aipu shale shaker undergoes factory acceptance testing before it leaves our 50,000 square meter Xi’an facility. This testing verifies that vibration characteristics match design specifications, electrical systems function correctly under load, and mechanical integrity meets requirements. Vibration measurements using calibrated instruments confirm G-force levels within the 6.0G to 7.5G specification range and verify balanced motor operation. Motor current draw is measured on all phases to confirm proper electrical balance. Safety interlocks and emergency stops are verified functional.
Documented Inspection Points Throughout Manufacturing
Quality inspection is not limited to final testing. Aipu API Q1 quality system requires inspection at defined points throughout the manufacturing process. Raw material certifications are verified before materials enter production. Critical dimensions are checked after machining operations. Welds are inspected visually and by non-destructive testing as specified. Motor mounting surfaces are verified flat within tolerance before motor installation. Final assembly is checked against engineering drawings and specifications. Each inspection point is documented, creating a complete quality record for every shaker.
Component Verification
Premium components are fundamental to Aipu quality. Vibration motors from Ital-Vibras, Martin, and Oli are verified against purchase specifications and matched in pairs. Bearings, electrical components, and fasteners are checked for proper grade and specification. This component-level verification prevents quality issues that originate in the supply chain from reaching finished equipment.
Customer Witness Testing
Aipu welcomes customers to witness factory acceptance testing at our Xi’an facility. This transparency allows customers to verify equipment performance against specifications before shipment. For customers who cannot attend in person, we provide comprehensive test documentation including measurement data and photographs. This documentation supports project qualification and provides baseline performance data for future maintenance reference.
