How Linear Motion Works
Two counter-rotating vibrating motors generate forces that cancel in one direction while combining in another, producing a straight-line trajectory at approximately 45 degrees to the screen deck. This linear motion provides powerful, positive cuttings conveyance across the deck surface while simultaneously driving fluid drainage through the screen mesh. Aipu shakers operate at 6.0G to 7.5G of acceleration, providing aggressive separation while maintaining acceptable screen life.
