The motors are mounted at a specific angle—carefully engineered through years of design refinement—that produces the optimal balance between forward conveyance and vertical lifting for efficient solids separation. The linear motion generated by counter-rotating paired motors provides the straight-line vibration path that conveys cuttings efficiently while allowing maximum fluid drainage.

Operational features enhance the practical value of Aipu shakers in the field. The tool-free deck angle adjustment mechanism, providing adjustment from minus 1 degree to plus 5 degrees, allows operators to optimize the balance between throughput and retention time without stopping the shaker or using specialized tools. The quick-change screen retention system enables complete screen replacement in minutes, minimizing the downtime for this most frequent maintenance activity. Feed distribution systems are engineered for each model to achieve even flow across the full screen width, maximizing effective screening area utilization. Dual deck configurations like the Hunter-MG4D provide up to 5.4 square meters of total screening area in a compact footprint through staged upper and lower deck separation.
